Acceptance of terms

Orders and payments

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Commissions begin after a deposit (typically 50%). The balance is due before shipment.
• Custom artwork is non‑refundable after sculpting begins, except where required by law.

Shipping and risk

We pack with protective materials and ship with tracking. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery as indicated by the carrier.

Intellectual property

We retain copyrights in original artwork and images we create, except where otherwise agreed in writing. You grant us permission to display anonymized photos of your commission for portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.

User obligations

You represent that photos and references you provide do not infringe any third‑party rights and that you have authority to commission the artwork.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, London Bust Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
